Ship from US Warehouse. The delivery time takes about 2-5 days ., If US Warehouse out of stock,We will send the package from CHINA factory, Global express shipping in 5-9 days such as UPS,DHL,FedEx. especially shipping to USA & Europe. About Tracking status, you can track it according to the Tracking ID.
As per our policy, we would accept returns within 7 days for any unused items. Item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, we can provide you with an exchange or refund to your original method of payment.
For an exchange for a defective product, we will offer free return shipping.
If you wish to return the item for a refund, you must pay for shipping yourself and send the item back. You may want to consider purchasing insurance and tracking information, because we don't offer refunds, if item gets lost during shipping.
